I look to live a full life and make the world better, guided by 3 core pillars
Building
Creating tangible solutions that solve real human problems.
Immersion
Diving wide and deep into different cultures, perspectives, and experiences.
Empathy
Understanding and connecting with different people's needs, emotions, and unique perspectives
My Story
I've always been fascinated by the intersection of tech and society. This curiosity led me to study Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where I built my technical foundation in software engineering and algorithms.
But I was more interested in the applications of tech than the 1s and 0s, so I continued to get my Master's in Systems Engineering diving deep into complex systems design and human-centered elements. This taught me to think holistically about how technology integrates with human behavior and organizational needs.
After graduation, I joined PwC consulting practice, where I spent several years helping Fortune 100 companies navigate digital transformation and business process optimization. I slowly shifted to focusing on the impact space, where I led a new social innovation focus and took on product management roles.
Seeking a global perspective on business and innovation, I earned my MBA from INSEAD, in France and Singapore. This experience opened my eyes to different cultural approaches to problem-solving and reinforced my belief that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives.
Throughout this journey, I've continuously invested in understanding human behavior and change. I became a certified Tiny Habits Coach through BJ Fogg's program at Stanford, earned User Experience and Cultural Ethnography certifications, and deepened my understanding of how people actually adopt and use technology in their daily lives.
Over the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of launching my own startups and social ventures, working with startups, established companies, and everything in between.
Today, I split my time between building Ruminado, launching more products, and writing about the future of work and technology. I'm always excited to explore new challenges and collaborate with people who share a passion for building meaningful things.
