Core Pillars

The three principles that guide everything I do

Building

Creating tangible solutions that solve real problems and make a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Immersion

Diving deep into different cultures, perspectives, and experiences to understand the world more fully.

Empathy

Understanding and connecting with people's needs, emotions, and experiences to create human-centered solutions.

My Story

I've always been fascinated by the question: How can technology make life better for real people? This curiosity led me from studying Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where I built my technical foundation in software engineering and algorithms.

Realizing that great products require more than just technical skills, I pursued a Master's in Systems Engineering at UPenn, diving deep into complex systems design and human-centered engineering. This taught me to think holistically about how technology integrates with human behavior and organizational needs.

After graduation, I joined PwC as a Manager in their consulting practice, where I spent several years helping Fortune 500 companies navigate digital transformation and business process optimization. This experience taught me how to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business realities, working with C-suite executives to turn strategic visions into actionable roadmaps.

Seeking a global perspective on business and innovation, I earned my MBA from INSEAD, studying across their campuses in France and Singapore. This experience opened my eyes to different cultural approaches to problem-solving and reinforced my belief that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives.

Throughout this journey, I've continuously invested in understanding human behavior and change. I became a certified Tiny Habits Coach through BJ Fogg's program at Stanford, earned User Experience and Cultural Ethnography certifications, and deepened my understanding of how people actually adopt and use technology in their daily lives.

Over the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of working with startups, established companies, and everything in between. From legal tech platforms serving law firms to travel guides helping people discover Mexico City, each project has taught me something new about the delicate balance between technical capability and human need.

What drives me most is the moment when a complex problem becomes a simple, elegant solution. Whether it's streamlining a workflow for busy professionals or creating a platform that connects entrepreneurs with mentors, I believe the best products feel almost invisible—they just work.

Today, I split my time between building Ruminado, consulting with growing companies, and writing about the future of work and technology. I'm always excited to explore new challenges and collaborate with people who share a passion for building meaningful things.
